Collagen to treat wrinkles and sun damaged skin

Collagen is a protein that is found in the skin, hair, and nails. There are several types of collagen

 

There are several types of collagen, which are classified based on their structure and function. The five most common types of collagen are types 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
